Industry Guidelines

Guidelines within the industry that pertain to the task should be taken into account when writing the procedure (Peres et al., 2016).

The guidelines used should be specifically related to the task the procedure is written for.

Industry guidelines that conflict with the information presented in the following sections should be further investigated to determine the most appropriate method for writing the procedure.
